In short, LUMA-i and its predecessors were all private German companies with low profiles, neither websites nor press releases. Known for their clever business sense and lack of unnecessary "noise". All necessary public reactions and/or PRS, which were essential parts of a specific project or a specific factory, were always created by these special purpose vehicles (SPV) and/or local Newco as dedicated companies to ensure the fruit of such projects.

LUMA-i is essentially one of our newer German vehicles that are used for our discrete group of investors, like-minded people, our team, effectively for such new companies and/or joint ventures.
